Lemon sella is parboiled rice with a soft lemon-yellow colour, between the creamy white of white sella and the deep amber of golden sella. The paddy is soaked, steamed and dried in the husk before milling, so every grain cooks firm and separate and stays whole through long cooking.
We make it from 1121, 1509 and 1718 basmati and from PR 11 / PR 14 non-basmati, so you can choose the grain length and the price that suit your market.
We export Lemon Sella Rice from our mill in Karnal, India, to buyers in more than 40 countries, in bulk, retail and private label packs.
